What is a case?

A case is a ticket or an inquiry that a customer may want a resolution for. A case will be automatically created through your website,  imported from GripeVine or from other sources connected to your account. To learn more about how to create a case click here. To view your current cases:

  1. Head over and login to your Resolution1 Dashboard;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. From here you may browse or search through your current cases or you can create a case, respond or assign the case to an agent;
