Can I manually create a case on behalf of a customer?

Yes. To manually open a case on behalf of a customer you must:

  1. Login to your Resolution1 account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. Click the New button on the top left,  and a pop-up will appear allowing you to manually fill in the customer information related to the case. You can also set the priority and the category it belongs to;
  4. Hit Create to save and finish creating the case.
