How do I close the current case I am working on and create a new case on behalf of the customer?

To close a case you are working on you must:

  1. Login to your Resolution1 account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left hand side;
  3. Find the case you would like to close and change the status of the case to closed. 

Or

  1. Find the case you would like to close and click details to open a more detailed view of the case;

Then change the status to closed.
