How do I close the current case I am working on and create a new case on behalf of the customer?
To close a case you are working on you must:
- Login to your Resolution1 account;
- From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
- Find the case you would like to close and change the status of the case to closed, or click details to open a more detailed view of the case, then change the status to closed.
You can then open a new case on behalf of the customer by following the steps on how to create a manual case.
