How to customize Auto-Responses?

You can edit, customize or disable the auto-responses sent to your contacts by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page on your Resolution1 dashboard;
  2. Click on Notification Settings tab on the settings page;
  3. From here you can do the following:
    1. Enable or disable Case Open & Case Closed auto-response email notifications;
    2. Create & customize the email templates that you can use for auto-response email notifications; and
    3. Manage email templates you want to use for Case Open & Case Closed auto-response email notifications.
