How to customize Auto-Responses?

You can edit, customize or disable the auto-responses sent to your contacts by doing the following:
- Navigate to the Settings page on your Resolution1 dashboard;
- Click on Notification Settings tab on the settings page;
- From here you can do the following:
- Enable or disable Case Open & Case Closed auto-response email notifications;
- Create & customize the email templates that you can use for auto-response email notifications; and
- Manage email templates you want to use for Case Open & Case Closed auto-response email notifications.
- Enable or disable Case Open & Case Closed auto-response email notifications;
