How do I respond to a case?

To respond to a case you can do the following: 

  1. Login to your Resolution1 account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. From here you may browse or search through the case you would like to respond to;
  4. Once you have found the case click details on the right-hand side;
  5. To communicate with the customer and directly respond to the case you can type in your response and send it through the customer chat module;
  6. Make sure the customer chat tab is selected.
