How do I add internal notes to a case?
To add internal notes to a case you must go to the detailed view of the case. You can access your cases by:
- Login to your Resolution1 account;
- From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
- Find the case you want to add notes to by browsing or searching for it using the search bar in the top right-hand side;
- Click details on the right-hand side;
- Go to the Notes tab in the lower section;
- Click Add Notes button;
- From here you can add notes.
