How do I add internal notes to a case?

To add internal notes to a case you must go to the detailed view of the case. You can access your cases by:

  1. Login to your Resolution1 account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. Find the case you want to add notes to by browsing or searching for it using the search bar in the top right-hand side;
  4. Click details on the right-hand side;
  5. Go to the Notes tab in the lower section;
  6. Click Add Notes button;
  7. From here you can add notes.
