How to set agent’s availability status?
You can set your availability status for Resolution1 to control when you are available to receive new cases. For example, you can set your status to Away if you’re going to stay away from your computer or if you’re on vacation.
To set your availability status:
- Click your Account Profile in the top-right corner of your Resolution1 Dashboard; and
- Toggle the Away Status option to ON or OFF as per your needs. Your setting will be saved instantaneously.
Note: Automation like the round-robin rules will not assign cases to you if your status is set to “Away”.
