How to mark a case as closed?

After a case has been resolved, you can mark it as Closed to move the case to a closed folder, where you can reopen the case if required. 

To mark a case as closed, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to the Cases page;
  2. Click on the Status dropdown for the case that needs to be closed;
  3. Select Closed option displayed on the dropdown;

Or 

  1. Go to Cases > Details page;
  2. Click on the Status dropdown for the case that needs to be closed;
