How do I cancel my subscription?

Resolution1 offers flexible payment options (you decide whether you want to pay monthly or yearly). Cancel your subscription at any time if you decide you don’t want to continue. When you cancel your subscription, you’ll be downgraded to the Free Plan.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Login to your Resolution1 account;
2. From the dashboard click Account in the menu on the left-hand side;
3. From here you can manage and update your account information including your subscriptions;
4. Click Cancel Subscription to be downgraded to a Free Plan.
