How do I manage case resolution types?

Resolution Type describes your customer’s desired outcome. Resolution types will automatically show up on the Contact Widget and Contact Form. To set and manage case resolution types you must:

  1. Login to your Resolution1 Dashboard;
  2. Click Settings on the bottom of the left-hand menu;
  3. Navigate to the Case Settings tab by clicking the case settings button;
  4. Select Resolution Type from the menu bar at the top;
  5. From here you can add or remove case resolution types.
